Triple Crown Care — what the monthly service plan covers

Triple Crown Care is our monthly service plan for water system owners. The idea is simple: you should not have to think about your system, haul salt, or wait in line when something feels off. Salt delivery We deliver the right salt for your system on a schedule matched to how fast your household actually uses it. We carry the bags in and fill the tank, so you are done hauling heavy bags from the store. No more guessing which type to buy, either; it is always the salt your system is meant to run on. Service visits A technician visits on a regular schedule to test your water, check your system's settings, look for salt bridges and leaks, and replace any filters that are due. Small problems get caught while they are still small, which is the whole point of a service plan. Priority scheduling If something feels off between visits, Care members go to the front of the line. You are not waiting behind the general queue while your water is acting up. What it costs Your agreement shows the monthly price in writing, along with exactly what is included for your specific system. If a coverage question is not answered there, ask us and you will get a plain answer. How to join or ask questions Call 1-888-801-6789, text (801) 634-0177, email help@gottriple.com, or chat at gottriple.com. If we installed your system, mention that when you reach out and we will pull up your details.

It handles most requests on the spot, like booking an appointment or answering common questions about water tests and solar. It is available around the clock. If you want a person instead, say so. A plain "I want to talk to a person" is enough. The assistant hands the conversation to a team member. During business hours, a person picks it up and continues where the assistant left off. Outside business hours, the assistant can still take your message and book appointments. A person follows up when we open. Which channel to pick - Fastest for most things: chat or text. - Prefer to talk it through: call us. - Sending documents or longer details: email. Include your name, address, and phone number so we can find your account. If a conversation drops If a chat times out or a text thread goes quiet, message us again. We keep the conversation history, so you will not have to start over.

What happens after you sign: the steps to permission to operate

Signing is step one, not the finish line. Here is the path from your signature to the day your utility lets you turn the system on. Most projects take several weeks end to end. Exact timing depends on your city and your utility, and we keep you posted at every step. 1. Site survey A technician visits your home to measure the roof, check your electrical panel, and confirm the design works in real life. This usually happens within days of signing. 2. Design and permitting Engineers finalize your system layout. Then we submit permits to your city and an interconnection application to your utility. This is often the longest stretch. Cities and utilities move at their own pace. We track every application and follow up so nothing sits. 3. Install day Most home installs are finished in one to two days. The crew mounts the panels, runs the wiring, and sets up your equipment. You do not need to leave home, though your power may be off for a short time. 4. Inspection Your city or county inspects the work to confirm it meets code. We schedule the inspection and handle it. 5. Permission to operate (PTO) The utility does a final review and grants permission to operate. Once PTO arrives, we turn your system on. Do not switch it on before then. Utilities require that approval first. One honest note We build every proposal on honest numbers. If the math does not work for your home, we say so before you sign, and we walk away. That standard does not stop after signing. If anything changes during permitting, you hear it from us straight. Where we install solar Triple Crown installs solar in Texas, California, Oregon, and Illinois. Questions at any step: call 1-888-801-6789, text (801) 634-0177, or chat at gottriple.com.

How a water softener install day goes

Here is what to expect when Triple Crown installs your water softener, from prep to the final walkthrough. Before we arrive Clear a small working area around your main water line. It is usually in the garage, basement, or a utility closet. The softener also needs a nearby drain and a standard power outlet. Not sure your space works? Text a photo to (801) 634-0177 and we will check it before install day. During the install Most installs are finished in a single visit. Your installer will: 1. Walk through the plan with you before starting. 2. Shut off your water. This is the only downtime, and it is usually brief. 3. Connect the softener to your main line so treated water reaches the whole house. 4. Run the drain line and plug in the unit. 5. Turn the water back on and check every connection for leaks. 6. Add salt and program the system for your household size and water hardness. Before we leave The installer shows you how everything works: where the salt goes, what the display means, and what normal operation sounds like. Ask anything. You should not be left with open questions when we walk out. The first few days You may notice air in your pipes at first. Run your taps for a minute and it clears. The system regenerates on its own, usually overnight. Hearing water run during that cycle is normal. Questions after install day Call 1-888-801-6789, text (801) 634-0177, email help@gottriple.com, or use live chat at gottriple.com.

What your free water test measures (and what it can't)

Our free water test takes about 10 minutes and happens right at your sink. A Triple Crown technician runs it while you watch, and it is available nationwide. Here is exactly what it covers, and what it does not. What the test measures - Hardness. Calcium and magnesium in your water. Hard water leaves spots on dishes, scale on fixtures, and buildup inside water heaters. - TDS (total dissolved solids). A count of everything dissolved in your water. High TDS can affect taste. - Chlorine. Cities add it to kill germs. It works, but it can leave a smell or taste, and it can dry out skin and hair. - pH. How acidic or basic your water is. Water far from neutral can wear on pipes and fixtures over time. - Iron. Iron can stain sinks, tubs, and laundry, and it can give water a metallic taste. What the test cannot detect Our in-home test does not detect PFAS, lead, or bacteria. No 10-minute test can measure those reliably. They require a certified lab test. If you are concerned about any of them, tell your technician or contact us. We will point you to a certified lab test so you get a real answer instead of a guess. What happens after the test Your technician walks you through the numbers on the spot. If your water looks fine, we tell you that and leave it there. If a softener or filter would help, we explain why, based on your results. You decide from there. How to book a free test - Call 1-888-801-6789 - Text (801) 634-0177 - Email help@gottriple.com - Live chat at gottriple.com The test is free, and there is no obligation to buy anything.
